Jacek Czaja
Vice President
Jacek Czaja graduated with highest honors from Jagiellonian University, Cracow, Poland, as well as completed programs sponsored by the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, Washington D.C., US and the HU University of Applied Science, Utrecht, the Netherlands. Jacek has gained his experience while working for prominent international and national law firms (Allen&Overy, DZP), public institutions (the European Parliament, the Republic of Poland Senate Office), as well as by participating with significant successes in numerous of international mediation and negotiation competitions (India, USA, UK, Austria), trainings (UK, Poland) and conferences held worldwide. Currently, Jacek is a practicing lawyer, a certified mediator, a lecturer on mediation and negotiation at Jagiellonian University, a SOLVO trainer, as well as a frequent coach, professional, judge and co-organizer of the whole range of international and national mediation and negotiation events. Jacek loves: music, travels and conversations.
History
INADR was founded in 2002 and is the first organization that sponsored mediation tournaments where students were the mediators in an international competition. Since that time, INADR tournaments have been hosted in more than sixteen countries and have had participants and representatives from over fifty countries.
