Elvira Bacci
Elvira Bacci is a dedicated legal professional with expertise in mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). She holds a Master’s degree in Governance and a Master’s degree in Law and is currently a PhD candidate at the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa, for the programme in Human Rights, Global Politics, and Sustainability: Legal and Philosophical Perspectives.
Elvira is a mediator in civil and commercial disputes under Italian law and is also qualified under IMI criteria. She has attended mediation competitions in Hamburg, Wien and Florence and specialised mediation training in Germany, Portugal, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, and the US. Her professional experience includes roles as a legal assistant in both the private sector, with ADR Point in Greece and Bacci Studio Legale in Italy, and the public sector, with Randstad c/o the European Food Safety Authority. Her commitment to promoting justice and fairness is put into practice with her involvement with various international projects and organizations (Caritas, Plastic Free, ADIR – L’altro diritto). She participated in the Erasmus+ Program at Humboldt University in Berlin and has been a volunteer Fellow for INADR, where she has contributed to the organization of events and the training of students and interns. Beside these activities, she enjoys playing tennis, dancing and reading about the lives and stories of judges fighting criminal organizations.History
INADR was founded in 2002 and is the first organization that sponsored mediation tournaments where students were the mediators in an international competition. Since that time, INADR tournaments have been hosted in more than sixteen countries and have had participants and representatives from over fifty countries.
